Red Rock Fantasy

For the past eighteen years, visitors and locals alike have flocked to see the renowned Red Rock Fantasy, an annual festival of lights that is sure to mesmerize you. At the Red Rock Festival, more than one million lights illuminate the already magnificent red rock formations that draw people to the Sedona area. More than thirty families participate each year by creating unique light displays of their own. Each display is unique, and they change from year to year. Past displays include animated cartoon characters, an illuminated scavenger hunt, a 25- foot illuminated swan, and more. To motivate families to create the most brilliant displays possible, the winner of the contest each year is awarded ownership in a vacation property.

Proceeds of the event are generously donated to the town, local charities such as the Institute of EcoTourism and the Phoenix Boys and Girls Club, and local families in need.
